Small Packets shipping rates will increase on October 1

Dear customer, 

Japan Post has informed us that shipping rates for Small Packets will increase on October 1, 2023.

- Small Packet (Air)

- Small Packet (Surface)

*SAL is currently unavailble

Due to the change by Japan Post, new fees for Small Packets will be applied as follows.

- Shipping bills NOT PAID by 12:00pm on 29/SEP/23 will have new fees.

To have your Small Packet shipped with old fees, you're required to pay for a shipping bill by 12:00pm 29/SEP/23.

And it means you need to make a shipping request by 9:00am 28/SEP/23.

Small Packet shipping requests submitted after 9:00am 28/SEP/23 will have new fees since they will ship on 2/OCT/23.
