System updated on shipping bill

Dear Customer,
We have updated our system on shipping bill, and wanted to inform you the change that were made.
Discount is given for EMS shipping fee depending on your user rank.
Discount used to show in the shipping bill as "ADJUSTMENT".
But it doesn't show in the bill from now on.
Discount is now calculated by system and applied to the shipping cost already.
