You submit a shipping request.

We'll pack items and send you a shipping bill in a couple days time.
(Shipping bill is sent on weekdays only)
↓
Once the shipping fee is paid;
●EMS and International Parcel ship within one business day except the weekends.
●Small Packets ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you have an order which free storage period is about to expire, please make sure you submit a shipping request at least 4 days before the expiry date.
